Eugene Levon Lloyd

Eugene Levon Lloyd of Gaston, S. C. passed away December 15, 2019 at the age of 83. Funeral services for Eugene will be held at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, December 18, 2019 at Antioch Baptist Church.Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home (www.mcalhanyfuneralhome.com). Mr. Eugene was predeceased in death by his wife, Jane A. Lloyd and his parents, Eugene and Gerald Argoe Lloyd, his brother Asher Lloyd; nephew, Jimmy Lee Lloyd, Jr. and brother-in-law, Ronnie Simmons. Survivors include one daughter, LaVonda (Allen) Williams of Anderson; two sons, Tony P. (Elizabeth S.) Lloyd and Norman W. (Kimberly C.) Lloyd both of Lexington; five grandchildren, Charity (James) Speed, Phillip (Lisa) Lloyd, Allenna Middaugh, Meagan (Rick) Casio, DoRinda (Seth) Kuhn and five great-grandchildren, Phillip, John-Allen, Trey, Jude and Ezra; five brothers, Asbury (Ruby) Lloyd, Gene Ray (Sandy) Lloyd, W.A. (Cindy) Lloyd, Jimmy Lee (Diane) Lloyd and Tommy (Nancy) Lloyd; four sisters, MarySimmons, Martha (Johnny) Branham, Karen (Wayne) Ramsey and Nikki Lloyd. A special thank you to Compassionate Care Hospice nurses Melissa Corley, Roxanne Duchscherer and Brandy Bowers and his care giver, Amanda Estridge for being so loving and supportive, not only to him but his family during this difficult time.
