Woodrow Sherrell "Skip" Jackson

Woodrow Sherrell “Skip” Jackson, III, 62, of North, passed away on Friday, April 8, 2022. Graveside service will be held at 3:00 P.M., Monday, April 11, 2022 at Ebenezer United Methodist Church Cemetery 2805 Hwy 178 North SC 29112 with Rev Terry Wilder officiating. Family will receive friends after the service. Mr. Jackson was born in Columbia, SC, a son of the Woodrow Sherrell Jackson, Jr. and Mary Lee Jumper Jackson. He loved his horse “Panama”, riding his motorcycle and go cart racing. He was a friend to all. Survivors include his father Woodrow Sherrell Jackson, Jr. and mother Mary Lee Jumper Jackson; two sisters, Kandee Jackson and Sabrina Jackson (Jerry) Free; one brother, Kippton Jackson; his nieces and nephews Lauren Flynn, Jeramy (Liesl) Free, Austin Free; great nieces and nephews, Judson Free, Lewis Free, Penelope Free and Blaise Free; Aunts and uncles, Peggy White, Nancy (Tom) Sneyd, Mary Ann Jackson and Charlie (Harriett) Jackson; a number of cousins. He was predeceased by his maternal and paternal grandparents and uncle Johnson Wiley “Sonny” Jackson. In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to Ebenezer United Methodist Church P.O. Box 118 North, SC 29112.
