Wilhelmina C. Stevenson, 76, of Orangeburg, died Monday, October 6, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 PM, Thursday, October 9, 2014 at Sunny Vista Church of God in North with Rev. Obed Ortiz officiating.Burial will be in Beaver Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.The casket will be placed in the church at 3:00 PM. Pallbearers will be James Singletary, James Creel, Donnie Savage, Neal Silva, Howard Hoover, Jr. and Patrick Kerwin. Mrs. Stevenson was born in Springfield, SC, a daughter of the late Clarence and Myrtis Spires Chavis.She was a member of Sunny Vista Church of God in North.She was married to the late Eugene Stevenson of Orangeburg. Survivors include daughters, Deborah Lutz of Seattle, WA, Sharon Silva of Smyrna, GA; sons, Mark McDaniel of Smyrna, GA, Harvey McDaniel of Orangeburg and Mitchell McDaniel of Orangeburg; five step-children, twelve grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; a brother, Paul Spires and sister, Evelyn JacksonShe was predeceased by a son, Johnny McDaniel of Orangeburg; brother, Legree Chavis and sisters, Margaret Hoover and Cammy Carrigg.
