Walter Douglas Brown, 81, of North, passed away on Sunday, December 1, 2019. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, December 6, 2019 at Riverside Cemetery, 560 Jones Bridge Road, North, S. C. Mr. Brown was born in Columbia, a son of the late Christie Douglas Brown and the late Myrtis Mae Medlin Brown. Survivors include his wife, Ruby Virginia Nettles Brown of the home; sons, Douglas T. Brown and Russell Lane Brown; a daughter, Pamela (Nick) Furst; brothers, Christie Brown, Johnny Brown and Billy Brown; a sister, Jean Maxwell; 4 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
