Mr. Tullie McIver, Jr. of Swansea, SC, passed away on Monday, March 12, 2018. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, March 15, 2018, at Pleasant Pines Baptist Church in Gaston, SC with Rev. John Richbourg officiating.Burial will be in the church cemetery. Mr. McIver was born in Swansea, SC, a son of the late Tullie and Maybelle Copeland McIver, Sr.He was a member of Pleasant Pines Baptist Church in Gaston, SC, a Navy veteran of World War II and a retired brick mason. Survivors include loving wife of 68 years, Dorothy Sharpe McIver of the home; son, Ben L. McIver of Swansea; daughters, Deborah McIver of Swansea and Patty (Leon) Wingard of Irmo; 9 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.He was predeceased by a son, Tullie (Annette) McIver, III and brother, Ben McIver.
