Tommy R. Jackson

Tommy R. Jackson, 77, of Swansea passed away on Monday, August 21, 2023.

Graveside services will be held at 12 Noon, Friday, August 25, 2023, at St. Paul Pentecostal Holiness Cemetery, 1298 Daniel Sharpe Road, Swansea, S. C. 29160 with Rev. H. Larry Jones.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 – 11:00 AM at Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home on Friday prior to the service.

Mr. Jackson was born in Lugoff, S. C., a son of the late Robert Leslie Jackson and the late Christine Nelson Alsbrooks.  Tommy loved spending time with his family and friends.  He never met a stranger.  He enjoyed cooking outdoors and entertaining…Best time ever!  His passion was 4 wheeling, fishing and hunting.  He loved to go to auctions and collecting antiques.

Survivors include  two daughters; Jackie Jackson Banton (Brian Williams) and Crystal Jackson (Ty Ramsey); a son, Tommy Roy (Michelle) Jackson, Jr.; 6 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren, a brother, Bob (Randy) Jackson, three sisters, Audrey (Jim) Gartman, Debbie Jordan and Donna (Ray) Driggers.  Special friends, Kevin and Misty who opened their heart and home to him. He had an abundance of friends.
