Timmy “Boo” Jefferson, 66, of North, S. C., passed away on Tuesday, February 15, 2022. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 19, 2022 at Liberty Free Will Baptist Church with Pastor Mike Mullinex, Rev. Randy Balandingham and Rev. Wade McPherson officiating.Burial will follow at Sharon Crossroads United Methodist Church Cemetery.The casket will be placed in the church one hour before the service on Saturday. Mr. Jefferson was born in Lexington County – Swansea, a son of the late Tim Jefferson and the late Linnie Busby Jefferson.Mr. Jefferson was a member of Liberty Free Will Baptist Church, retired after 35 years of service from SCDOT, a member of Woodford Town Council for 12 years, loved cutting grass and working with his tractors. Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Rita Ann Revenig Jefferson; a brother, Lawrence (Frances) Jefferson, a sister, Jalina McBride; nephews, Johnny Jefferson, Cody Mooney, Nick (Tara) Hall, David (Amanda) Jefferson, Joey Jefferson, Melvin Richards, Kevin (Mary Ann) Broome and Leonard Raymond Wagner, Jr.; a niece, Loretta Richards; great nephews, Joey Richards and David Richards; special grandchildren, Charles Hall, Seth Hall, Timothy Hall, Katelyn Jefferson, Hayley Jefferson, Taylor Jefferson and “Fur” babies, Rascal, Pup Pup, Princes, Penny, Prince and JoJo.Mr. Jefferson was predeceased by brothers, Ralph (Jackie) Jefferson and Guy (Debbie) Jefferson and a nephew, Frank Jefferson. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM on Friday, February 18, 2022 at Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home and other times at the home. Pallbearers will be Troy Sloan, Frank Ayer, Jason Spires, Joey Richards, Cody Mooney, Adam Reed, Willie Pontoon, Nelson Boles and Melvin Richards. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to SPCA or to the Gideons. Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home of North is assisting the family.
