Thomas "Buck" Albert Brazell

Thomas “Buck” Albert Brazell, 80, of 700 Byron Road, Columbia, South Carolina passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2021. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon on Monday, January 18, 2021 at Swansea First Baptist Church with Rev Terry Wilder officiating.The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 11:00 – 12:00 at Swansea First Baptist.Burial will follow in Celestial Memorial Gardens, 1113 Delree Street, West Columbia, South Carolina 29170. Mr. Brazell was born in Richland County, a son of the late Lonnie H. and the late Alice Drawdy Brazell.Buck was a Christian and loved the Lord.He was a wonderful and dedicated Husband, Daddy and Papa.He was a fun loving, practical joker who loved to play softball and basketball and also loved adventure. Survivors include his wife, Barbara Brazell of the home; seven children, Donny (Joyce) Brazell, Ann Brazell, Jeanell (Mark) Graves, Nancy (Bob) Roudybush, Debbie (Robby) McCullough, Wanda (Scottie) Scott, Wanda Elane (Dan) Lindler; a son-in-law, Russell Senn; 13 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and two brothers.Mr. Brazell was predeceased by a great grandson, Will Reep, and eleven brothers and sisters. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Swansea First Baptist Church, P.O. Box 550, Swansea, South Carolina 29160.
