Ruby C. Milligan, 85, of Gaston, died Sunday, July 21, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, July 26, 2013, at Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home Chapel in North.Burial will be in Southland Memorial Gardens in West Columbia. Mrs. Milligan was born in Neeses, SC, a daughter of the late Thurman and Eula Harsey.She was retired from Capital City Manufacturing Company.She was married to the late Daley Milligan Jr. Survivors include one daughter, Carolyn Milligan Jones of Gaston; one sister, Fannie Gleaton of Gaston; three brothers, Billy Harsey of Neeses, Toby Harsey of Bamberg, and Johnny Harsey of Gaston; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two sons, Daley Milligan III and Jerry Wayne Milligan. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., Thursday at Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home in North (www.mcalhanyfuneralhome.com) and other times at the home 793 Meadowfield Road, Gaston.
