Robert Burley Huffman

Robert Burley Huffman, 88, of Springfield, died Thursday, Sept. 25. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, Sept. 29, at Dean Swamp Baptist Church in Springfield with Rev. Dalton Ward officiating.Burial will be in Beaver Creek Baptist Church Cemetery near Neeses. The casket will be placed in the church at 1:00 p.m. Mr. Huffman was born in Wagener, a son of the late Andrew G. and Kittie L. Huffman.He was owner/operator of Huffman’s 66 Service Station.He loved people and especially loved attending and singing at Dean Swamp Baptist Church. Survivors include a lifelong friend, Harry Williams, and a number of nieces and nephews.
