Ray Benjamin Hoover, 70, of Neeses, South Carolina passed away on Sunday, December 13, 2020. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM, Thursday, December 17, 2020 at Kinney Memorial Gardens, 466 Firetower Road, Neeses, S.C. 29107 with the Rev. Bobby Gene Williams, Rev. Walter Gleaton, and Rev. Obed Ortiz officiating.The family will receive friends from 2:30 – 3:00 at the graveside prior to the funeral and other times at 161 McGrande Dr., Neeses, S. C.29107. Mr. Hoover was born in Orangeburg County, a son of the late Clifford and Jeanette Hutto Hoover.Mr. Hoover was a proud Vietnam veteran, member of Sunny Vista Church of God, enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with buddy John Wayne McCollum. Survivors include his loving wife, Terri Theodore; children, Robert Hoover, Anthony Theodore and Dale Theodore; grandchildren, Taylor Theodore, Dylan Williams, Carlee Chavis, Jonathan Theodore, Anthony Junior Theodore; siblings, Barbara (Wayne) Davis, Jerry (Frances) Hoover, Owen (Pat) Hoover, mother-in-law, Betty Knight and a number of nieces and nephews.Mr. Hoover was predeceased by a sister and brother-in-law, Doris (Jerry) Chavis, brother and sister-in-law, Danny (Karen) Hoover and a sister-in-law, Charlene Hoover. Pallbearers will be John Wayne McCollum, Daniel Jackson, Danny Hutto, Butch Davis, Bradley Williams and Bogie Hiott.
