Paul Shorty Williams, 87, of Neeses, SC, died Monday, December 14, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, December 17, 2015 at Mt. Beulah Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Legrande Taylor and Rev. Henry Chavis officiating.Burial will be in the church cemetery.The casket will be placed in the church at 10:00 AM. Serving as pallbearers will be Joey Miller, Michael Fogle, Henderson Williams, Bubba Hutto, Quinn Berry, Victor Chavis and Tripp Jeffcoat. Mr. Williams was born in Orangeburg County, a son of the late Lurline Williams.He was retired from the United States Air Force and after his retirement, he worked as a carpenter.He was a member of Mt. Beulah Pentecostal Holiness Church in Neeses, SC. Survivors include his wife, Janie Williams a daughter, Frances (Michael) Baltzegar; grandchildren, Adam Baltzegar, Michael Paul Baltzear and Ross Hutto; step-son, Mark Gafford and one brother, Jim Williams. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, December 16, at Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home (www.mcalhanyfuneralhome.com) and other times at the home of Mrs. Janie Williams, 2962 Ninety Six Road, Neeses, SC. Memorials may be made to Mt. Beulah Pentecostal Holiness Church, 2610 Ninety Six Road, Neeses, SC 29107.
