Patsy Ann McDowell Culler, 77, of Summerville, SC, passed away on Tuesday, March 28, 2017. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM, Saturday, April 1, 2017 at North United Methodist Church with Rev. Kyle Stamper and Will Arington officiating.Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.The casket will be placed in the church one hour before the service. Mrs. Culler was born in Loris, SC, a daughter of the late James Pinkney and Callie Floyd McDowell. Survivors include her husband, Joe Culler, Sr. of Mt. Pleasant, SC; daughter, Connie Culler of Orlando, FL and son, Joe Culler, Jr. (Kelly) of Mt. Pleasant; grandchildren, Aiden Culler and Holden Culler of Mt. Pleasant; a twin sister, Peggy Lynn Gore (C. C.) of Loris, SC; sister, Eunice Stevens (Bill) of Tabor City, NC and brother, Liston McDowell of Loris, SC; 21 nieces and nephews and sisters-in-law, Cathy (Randy) Hughes and Kathy Culler.She was predeceased by sisters, Vergie Boyd, Vernice Boyd, Bonnie Lupo and Ethel Elvington.
