Michelle Lynn Doty, 51, of Lexington died Thursday, September 5, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, Septemer 8, 2013 at Sunny Vista Church of God at North with the Rev. Obed P. Ortiz officiating.Burial will be in the church cemetery.The casket will be placed in the church at 2:00 PM. Michelle was born in Omaha, Nebraska a daughter of the late Ronald Carl and Gladys Wingard Doty.She was a member of the Sunny Vista Church of God. Survivors include by two sisters, Pamela (Dusty) Cherry of West Columbia and Mary Kay (Mohamed) Hloubi of Orangeburg, two brothers, Ronald (Denise) Doty of Folsom, California and David (Donna) Doty of Chuckey, Tennessee, nieces and nephews, Brande, Amanda, Heather, Deborah, Dominique, Dalia, Christopher and Ahmed, and she was God-mother to niece Angelique Doty; seven grand-nieces and nephews and a number of aunts and uncles and was predeceased by a sister, Victoria Doty. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Saturday, September 7, at Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home in North (www.mcalhanyfuneralhome.com). Memorials may be made to the Arthritis Foundation or the Muscular Dystrophy Association or the American Diabetic Association.
