Michael Christopher Dyches

Michael Christopher Dyches, 61, of Neeses passed away on Friday August 25, 2023. Funeral services will be held at 12pm noon, Thursday August 31, 2023 at Livingston United Methodist Church with Rev. Kenny Baltzeigler officiating. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10am - 12pm noon at Livingston United Methodist Church.. Mr. Dyches was born in Camden, New Jersey, a son of Mrs. Mary Frances Slice Dyches and the late Jimmie Earl Dyches. Mr. Dyches was a man of God and faithful attendee of the Word of God Church. He was a principled man of integrity always in search of the truth. He committed himself to work, family and the Lord. During his spiritual journey, he delivered bibles to Orangeburg schools and to anyone in need. He was a dedicated donor to the Samaritan House. Mike was a compassionate man who would give you the shirt off of his back and was respected and loved by all. Mike was a genuine and true gentleman, cherished times spent with family and was the most honest, hardworking and best mechanic around. Survivors include his mother, Mary Frances Slice Dyches; two sons, Chad (Georgina) Dyches and Scott Dyches; five grandchildren, Savannah Dyches, Bethany Dyches, Joshua Dyches, Zoey Dyches and Jaiden Dyches; one sister Donna Lee (Richard) Stroud, four brothers, Tony Dyches, Dirk Dyches, Gregory (Amie) Dyches and Randy (Traci) Dyches, and a number of nieces and nephews. Mr. Dyches was predeceased by his father Jimmie Dyches. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Mike's bible ministry at the Word of God Church, 1538 La Grande Smoak Street, Cordova, South Carolina 29039. Bible donations will also be accepted at the service. As Mike would say "Just Remember, God Loves You!"
