Mary B. Mcdougald

Mary B McDougald, 90, of St. Matthews, passed away at home with her family on Monday, January 6, 2025.

Mary was born in Missouri and was the daughter of Rufus and Stella Franklin Baker. She was married to the late Herman Bennie "H.B." McDougald, Sr. They lived a beautiful life together and had four children. Mary owned and ran many businesses and she was a very hands-on and involved mother and grandmother. Teaching her legacy in baking, sewing, and anything and everything to do with running the household, she was the go-to for it all! Her family will cherish the memories we have with her and will miss her dearly.

Mary's Survivors include her sons, Herman Bennie "H.B." (Donna) McDougald, Jr., and Charles (Sue) McDougald; Grandchildren, Christopher (Michele) Chavis, Sr., Frank (Joanna) Furtick, Joseph Casselman, Amanda (Charles Jr.) Goodwin; Great-Grandchildren, Kirsten (Matthew) Wendling, Tori Chavis, Caylen Chavis, Christopher Chavis Jr., Caden Chavis, Carder Chavis, Hillary Furtick (Chase) Adams, Mason Casselman, Roman Casselman; Great-Great Grandchildren, Mattalynn, Kalysta and Cason Wendling, Riley Collins and Gregory Adams.

Mary was predeceased by her daughters, Rhonda Kay Wagner and Brenda Casselman.
