Louise Hutto Hoover

Mrs. Louise H. Hoover, 89, of West Columbia, SC, passed away on Tuesday, March 26, 2019. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, March 28, 2019, at Mt. Beulah Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Rusty Rabon, Rev. Samuel Leonard and Rev. Henry Chavis officiating.The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the church. Mrs. Hoover was born in Orangeburg County, a daughter of the late Virgil and Gladys Williams Hutto.She participated in Meals on Wheels, was an avid universal blood donor, a retired supervisor with Southern Bell Telephone Company and attended Grace Chapel Church. Survivors include a brother, James (Mary Joyce) Hutto; sisters, Rozye Short, Betty (Claude) Bramblet, Eather (Lewis) Moore and Maybell Branson and many nieces and nephews.
