Linda L. Watts, 66, of Gaston, went to be with the lord on Monday, January 6, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m., Friday, January 10, 2014, at Swansea First Baptist Church with Rev. Terry Wilder officiating.Burial will be in Melrose Memorial Garden. The casket will be placed in the church at 2:00 p.m. Pallbearers will be Kary Hoffman, John Sturkie, James Livingston, Johnny King, Robert Ott and Bill Granger. Mrs. Watts was born in Columbia, a daughter of the late John David Livingston and Sue Lorick Livingston Breland.She was retired from Harvest Hope Food Bank and was formerly employed by The American Red Cross for ten years.She was a member of Swansea First Baptist Church. Survivors include her husband, Earl Watts of the home; children, Hank (Marcy) Watts of Clio, SC and Lori Watts (Kenny) Myers of Gaston; grandchildren, Katie Watts (Blake) Strickland, Sarah Watts and fiancé Casey, Madison Myers and Drew Myers; great-grandchildren, Mac Strickland and Abbi Strickland; sisters, Barbara (Jim) Crawford, Susan (Tim) Hurt, andDiane (Marvin) Todd; one brother, John David (Loretta) Livingston, Jr.; and a honorary sister since childhood, June Watts. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m., Thursday at Swansea First Baptist Church Fellowship Hall and other times at the home her daughter, Lori and Kenny Myers, 937 Pine Plain Road, Gaston.
