Lillie A. Pound

Lillie A. Pound, 95, of Gaston, SC, passed away on Monday, March 6, 2017. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, March 9, 2017 at Gaston First Baptist Church.Burial will be in the church cemetery.The casket will be placed in the church one hour before the service. Mrs. Pound was born in Orangeburg County, daughter of the late Thomas and Mary Louise Edwins Stroman.She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Gaston and the Eastern Star.She was married to the late Frank Lewis Pound. Survivors include two sons, Jimmie Pound and Donald (Shirley) Pound; a daughter, Rosa Ann (Wilson) Jumper; 5 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.She was predeceased by a daughter, Gloria Jean Pound.
