Lessie C. Williams, 89, of Dandridge, TN and formerly of Neeses, died Monday, September 16, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 PM Friday, September 20 at Mt. Beulah Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Henry Chavis and Rev. Legrande Taylor officiating.Burial will be in the church cemetery. The casket will be placed in the church at 3:00 PM. Pallbearers will be L. W. Wiseman, Pistol Chavis, Charles Brown, Steve Williamson, Danny Chavis, Bubba Hutto, Wesley Bolin and Jimmy Young. Mrs. Williams was born in Orangeburg County, daughter of the late Clifton and Hattie Mae Spires Chavis.She was formerly employed with Stone Manufacturing Company and Giant Food World.She was a member of Mt. Beulah Pentecostal Holiness Church .She was the widow of the late Joe C. Williams. Survivors include one son, Ronnie Joe (Kimberly) Williams of Dandridge, TN; two grandchildren, Jennifer Calfee of Dandridge, TN and Kristina Collins of Knoxville, TN; two great-grandchildren, Victoria Hoover and Jackson Calfee both of Dandridge, TN; one great-great-grandson, Carson Bouie of Dandridge, TN; and one sister, Louise Chavis of Neeses.She was predeceased by nine siblings. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM on Thursday, September 19 at Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home in North (www.mcalhanyfuneralhome.com) and other times at the home of her sister, Louise Chavis, 3249 Ninety Six Road, Neeses, SC.
