Larry Layton Woods

Larry Layton Woods, 77, of Swansea, passed away on Friday, January 31, 2020. A memorial service will be held 3:30 Sunday, February 2, 2020 at Swansea First Baptist Church.The family will receive friends one hour before the service and other times at the home of Brad and Amanda Frick. Mr. Woods was born in Coalfield, Tennessee.He was a huge Clemson Tiger fan, loving father and grandfather. Survivors include a daughter, Amanda (Brad) Frick; grandchildren, Hailey Frick, Hagen Frick and Hollis Frick; siblings, Kenneth (Laura) Woods, Eula Jean Lloyd, Betty Pritchard and Billie Cox; and a special cousin and friend, Don and Madge Jackson.He was predeceased by his father, James Woods; mother and step-father, Lillian Wormsley Jones and Claude Jones; two sisters, Clara Able and Beverly Gunter and a brother, Danny Woods.
