Larry Delane Widener

Larry Delane Widener, 75, of Neeses, S. C. passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2024.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM, Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at Mt. Beulah Pentecostal Holiness Church.  Burial will follow in Sunny Vista Church of God cemetery, 3021 Drag Strip Road, Neeses, S. C. 29107.

Mr. Widener was born in Aiken County, a son of the late Albert Widener (Sarah) and the late Lila Seigler Widener.

Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Carolyn Herron Widener; a daughter, Tammy (John) Williamson; a son, Troy (Tammy) Widener; grandchildren, Brent Williamson, Brett Williamson, Brad (Gracie) Williamson, Jordan “Nooky” Widener; great grandchildren, Precious Nickless, Hayden Williamson, Liana Williamson, Liam Williamson, Brielle Williamson and Zoey Williamson; siblings, Edward (Brenda) Widener, Minnie Mae Boyd, June Roberts and Alberta (Mike) Newsome and a number of nieces and nephews and special friends, Quinn and Kathy Berry.  Mr. Widener was predeceased by three brothers, Laverne Widener, Robert Widener and James Widener.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM, Monday, April 1, 2024, at Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home, North, S. C. and other times at the home of Mrs. Carolyn Widener.
