Larry Neese

Larry Neese, 69, of North, SC, died Tuesday, April 28, 2015. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM, Friday, May 1, 2015 at Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home Chapel, with Charles Darby officiating. Mr. Neese was born in Pinehurst, NC a son of the late William H. and Docia Smith Neese.He was a veteran of Viet Nam serving in the US Army, a Past Master of Oliver Lodge 133 in Swansea, SC.Mr. Neese was an avid hunter and fisherman who loved to travel. Survivors include his wife, Regina W. Neese; sons, Richard W. Neese, Sr and Joshua W. Hair (Donna); a daughter, Carrie H. Platts (David); 6 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren and a sister, Betty Jo Gill.He was predeceased by three brothers and a sister. The family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon until 1:00 PM before the service at Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home in North (www.mcalhanyfuneralhome.com).
