Joyce Jeffcoat Gray, 80, of Swansea, died Friday, October 7, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M., Tuesday, October 11, 2016, at King Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Johnny Slice officiating.Burial will be in the church cemetery.The casket will be placed in the church at 2:00 P.M. Mrs. Gray was born in Lexington County, a daughter of the late Homer Spires and Azilee Hutto Bailey.She was a member of King Grove Baptist Church and worked at Swansea Manufacturing for many years.She was married to the late LC Jeffcoat and Sam Gray. Survivors include a daughter, Carolyn (Harvey) Goodwin of Swansea; sons, Larry (Sarah) Jeffcoat of North and David Lee Gray of Swansea; grandchildren, Robbie Jeffcoat of Brunswick, GA, Curtis (Lacey) Jeffcoat of Sandy Run, Lee (Michelle) Goodwin of Swansea, Duane (Kim) Goodwin of Swansea, Donna Goodwin of Swansea and Jamie Jeffcoat; great-grandchildren, Michelle, Nadia, India, Kaylee, Easley, Eli, Celia, Zack, Nikki, Joey, Amber and Brittney; a sister, Sadie (Earl) Thompson of Swansea; and a number of nieces and nephews.She was predeceased by sons, Johnny Wayne Jeffcoat and Homer Ben Jeffcoat; and sisters, Beatrice Jackson, Loris Armstrong and Jeniva Spires.
