John Bruce King

John Bruce King, 81, of Swansea passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2020. Due to circumstances surrounding COVID-19, burial services will be private. Mr. King was born in Swansea, a son of the late Grover John and Louise Livingston King.Mr. King loved to vegetable garden and spend time with his family. He retired from Westinghouse Nuclear Fuel after 32 years of service.He enjoyed re-building (tinkering with) tractors. Survivors include his wife, Willa Dean King of the home; daughters, Kelly (Dewey) King Kemmerlin, Karen (Marty) King Mack and Marly King Hallman (Jody Cooper); grandchildren, Sam (Hayley) Kemmerlin, Chandler Kemmerlin,Kayla (Justin) Jeffcoat, Haley Mack, Alex Mack, Ryan (Mikyla) Sturkie, Kyle Sturkie and Reagan Sturkie; great-grandchildren, Jackson Jeffcoat, Caroline Jeffcoat, Blair Kemmerlin, Lyla Gray Sturkie and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Swansea United Methodist Church, 305 N. Church Street (P.O. Box 601), Swansea, S.
