Jimmie Earl Dyches, 84, of Neeses passed away on Wednesday, November 24, 2021. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, November 29, 2021 at Mt. Beulah Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Henry Chavis and Rev. Samuel Leonard officiating.Burial will follow in Livingston United Methodist Church Cemetery. Mr. Dyches was born in Springfield, SC, a son of the late J. B. Dyches and the late Eloise Bailey Williams. He was predeceased by a sister, Marilynn W. Chambley.He served in the US Air Force, was a retired cartographer and attended Mt. Beulah Pentecostal Holiness Church.Mr. Jimmie served on Neeses Town Council from 2008 through 2015.He was always faithful in attendance and very punctual at council meetings, and his cheerfulness during discussions will always be remembered.Jimmie assisted with various town projects and greatly enjoyed assisting with the town’s Christmas decorations.He was a member of the Town of Neeses Adopt-A-Highway Group and the Neeses Community Crime Watch Group. Survivors include his wife, Frances Dyches; a sister, Patricia (Mackie) Tyler of Livingston, SC; a brother, Harold (Gwen) Williams of Cayce, SC; children, Tony Dyches of Cleveland, Texas, Dirk Dyches of Cleveland, Texas, Donna Lee (Richard) Stroud of Douglasville, Ga., Michael Dyches of Cope, SC, Gregory (Amie) Dyches of Neeses and Randy (Traci) Dyches of Dallas, Ga. Mr. Dyches also had many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces and grand pups. Pallbearers will be Master Sgt. Chad Dyches, Sgt. Luke Mitchell, Austin Williamson, Kent Barr, Phil Myers, George Widener, Tracy Williams and Troy Williams. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mt. Beulah Pentecostal Holiness Church, 2610 Ninety Six Road, Neeses, SC. 29107 or Livingston United Methodist Church, 222 Westside St., Livingston, SC.29107. The family will receive friends from 4:00 – 6:00 PM, Sunday, November 29, 2021 at Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home in North.
