Janie Williams

Janie Williams, 91, of Neeses, passed away on Saturday, December 9, 2023. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Thursday, December 14, 2023, at Mt. Beulah Pentecostal Holiness Church in Neeses with Rev. Henry Chavis officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Mt. Beulah Pentecostal Holiness Church on Thursday. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mrs. Williams was born in Orangeburg County a daughter of the late Grover and Lucille Williams Hutto. She was married to the late Paul Shorty Williams and a member of Mt. Beulah Pentecostal Holiness Church. Survivors include her son, Mark Gafford; step-daughter, Francis (Michael) Baltzegar; grandchildren, Michael Paul (Ashley) Baltzegar, Adam Baltzegar and Ross Hutto; two great-grandchildren; sisters, Ernestine Fogle and Myrtle (Ira) Berry; nephew, Michael Fogle; niece, Sheila Fogle; and great nieces, Brandi (Chris) Lelle and Amanda (Todd) Milton. She was predeceased by a brother, Grover “Dick” Hutto. Memorials may be made to Mt. Beulah Pentecostal Holiness Church, 2610 Ninety Six Road, Neeses, SC 29107.
