James Bernard Smith

James Bernard “PeeWee” Smith, 67, passed away on Saturday, August 8, 2020. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at St. Paul Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery Swansea, S. C. with the Rev. H. Larry Jones officiating. Mr. Smith was born in Columbia, SC, a son of the late Robert Smith and Virginia Spagner Smith.PeeWee loved to spend time with his children and his grandchildren. He was an avid fisherman, a retired welder and life of the party. Survivors include his wife Laurel Michelle Boone Smith; daughter Janice Crawford (Steve Byrd); son Justin (Ryan) Boone; daughter Marie (Jimmy) Thompson; daughter Shirley (Kevin) Myers; daughter Tammy Smith; eighteen grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren.
