James Charles Moore

James Charles (Sonny) Moore, 66, of Olanta, died early Saturday, June 14, 2014.Surviving are seven children; Lisa (Cliff) Gilbert of Hartsville, Karen (Randy) Parnell of Lamar, Cindy Chapman of Hartsville, Denise (Chad) Porter of Lydia, James Heyward of Timmonsville, Amy Strickland of Florence, and Jason Heyward of North.Also surviving are six siblings, Shelby (Tommy) Phillips of Florence, Gerald (Della) Moore, David Moore, Tommy Moore, Jimmy Moore, and Larry Moore all from Olanta.He also had 18 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.The family will receive visitors at the home of Gerald and Della Moore at 1615 Norwood Rd. in Olanta.A memorial service will alsobe held at the home of Gerald and Della Moore on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at 5:00 pm (www.mcalhanyfuneralhome.com).
