James M Livingston

James M. “Jungle Jim” Livingston, Jr., 78, of Walterboro, passed away on Saturday, September 29, 2018. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at Hebron Southern Methodist Church Cemetery. The cemetery is located on Hebron Road, Neeses, SC 29107. Mr. Livingston was born in Columbia, SC, a son of the late James M. and Anna Caroline Livingston, Sr.He graduated from North High School in 1958 and joined the Marine Corps during the Vietnam era and served four years.He was a policeman in Orangeburg, a conservation officer for eight years and taught school for a number of years.He had a love for horses and all other animals. He is survived by a daughter, Angie (Donald) Zeigler; four grandchildren, Brandy Roberson, Candice Roberson, Jammie Zeigler and Donald Zeigler III; and six great-grandchildren.
