Jacquelyn "Miss Jackie" Jackson Rucker

Mrs. Rucker was born in Lexington County, the daughter of the late Samuel Craft and Julia Harley Craft.She was retired from Swansea Manufacturing Company where she worked for most of her career. She was predeceased by her husband of 28 years, Legree M. Rucker and her first husband, Jack Jackson. Funeral services will be 2:00 PM, Saturday, March 5, 2016 at Sardis Baptist Church in Swansea, SC with Rev. Steve Baughman and Rev. Mark Hardenbrook officiating.Burial will be in the church cemetery.The casket will be placed in the church one hour before the service. She is survived by her daughter, Lora Beth Jackson Rucker of Swansea, SC and son, Ryan “Kit” Jackson (Bett) of Rocky Mount, NC; daughter-in-law, Janice Jackson of Raleigh, NC; grand-children, Ryan (Stacy) Jackson, Michael (Maureen) Jackson, Jennifer (Bryan) Corley, Jim (Tina) Rucker, Reid (Kristen) Rucker; great grand-children, Michael Jackson, Kenneth Jackson, Emily Corley, Erin Corley, Ryan Rucker, Jack Rucker, Jackson Rucker, Kentzler Rucker, Rowan Rucker, Alyssa Jackson and Davis Jackson; sister-in-law, Jettie Craft and Terry Gleaton and many beloved friends and extended family. The family will receive friend’s Friday, March 4, 2016 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, at Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home (www.mcalhanyfuneralhome) and other times at the home of Lora Beth Rucker, 840 Jim Rucker Road, Swansea, SC.
