Iris Bolen King

Iris Bolen King, 88, of West Columbia passed away on Tuesday, May 3, 2022.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, May 7, 2022 at Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home, North, S. C.   The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 1:00 – 2:00 PM.  Burial will follow in Denmark Cemetery.

Mrs. King was the daughter of the late Stanmore Bolen and the late Juanita Bell Bolen and was married to the late Charles Wray King.  She was a member of Swansea United Methodist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Cheryl King (Dean Godfrey); a sister, Deanna (John) Keitt; sister-in-law, Dean King; granddaughters, Suzette (Mark) Shirey, Madison Godfrey (James) and grandson, Taylor Godfrey great-granddaughters, Carman (Dathan) Branham, Andrea Shirey and  Isla Behrens; and a number of nieces and nephews.  Mrs. King was predeceased by sisters, Myrtle Garrick and Patricia Johnson and a brother, Howard Bolen, brother-in-law, John King.
