Howard J. Driggers

Howard Jackson Driggers, Sr., 74, of Swansea, S. C. passed away on Monday, April 11, 2022. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon on Friday, April 15, 2022 at Fish Hatchery Road Church of God with Rev. Wendell Hendrix, Pastor Edward Tager and Pastor Mack Goodwin officiating.Burial will follow at Southland Memorial Gardens.Visitation will be held from one hour prior to the service at Fish Hatchery Road Church of God on Friday. Mr. Driggers was born in Florence, S. C., a son of the late Liston E. Driggers and the late Furman Keefe Driggers.Mr. Driggers was a veteran in the US Army, loved building things, never met a stranger and a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother. Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Joyce H. Driggers; children, Melissa Ann Driggers, Janice Elaine Driggers and Howard Jackson Driggers, Jr.; grandchildren, Tyesha Elaine Driggers, Joshua Ryan Driggers and Madison Leigh Dill; great grandchildren, Nyasia Frierson and Aryia Frierson; siblings, Roy (Lynn) Driggers, Bobbie (Randy) McCaw, Ray (Donna) Driggers and Betty (Gene) Jumper.
