Henry “Toby” Williams, 76 of Orangeburg, SC, passed away on Tuesday, October 29, 2019. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, November 1, 2019 at Fellowship Baptist Church with the Rev. Larry Davis officiating.Burial will follow in Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery.The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral at the church. Mr. Williams was born in Orangeburg County, a son of the late Henry Dexter (HD) and Edith Gunter Williams and step-father, Harry Jackson.Toby loved going to church, singing in the choir and all of his many friends from North and Orangeburg. Survivors include a sister Shirley Mae (George W., Jr.) Johnson and a host of other family members.
