Harriette Friday Woodbury, 100, died Tuesday, March 11. Memorial services will be held 3:00 p.m. Friday, March 14, at Carteret Street United Methodist Church in Beaufort.Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 15, at Pen Branch Cemetery at North, SC. Mrs. Woodbury was born in North, the daughter of the late Edward Brodie and Ora Coleman Friday.She grew up in North and was a former resident of Columbia for over 50 years.She moved to Beaufort in 1987.She was retired from Nations Bank in Columbia.She was a Docent at the John Mark Verdier House in Beaufort.She was the oldest member of Carteret Street United Methodist Church. She is survived by a daughter, Beverly W. (Mark) Heles of St. Helena Island; two granddaughters, Ellen M. (Jimmy) Fabian of Port Royal and Melissa D. Munn of Beaufort; one sister, Helen Friday Taylor of Lake Charles, LA and two great-grandsons, James and Bradley Fabian and a number of nieces and nephews.
