Grover Wade "Bubba" Herron

Grover Wade “Bubba” Herron of Livingston, SC passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, December 28, 2016.He was the son of the late Grover and Poksie Herron, and lived most of his life in Livingston and Gilbert, SC. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, December 31, 2016 at Sunny Vista Church of God with Rev. Randy Moore officiating.Burial will be in the church cemetery.The casket will be placed in the church at time. Bubba was a passionate, loving man who was a master carpenter all his life.He was a talented musician and singer who traveled with Frankie Moore and the Carolina Hymn Singers for most of his early adult life.In his spare time, he loved to fish. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Carolyn Herron and five sons, Michael Herron, David Herron, Kevin Herron, Mark “Buddy” Herron and Shawn Herron.Three daughter-in-law’s, Lucretia Herron, Sandy Herron and Darlene Herron; nine grandchildren, Britany, Candy, Tyler, Annika, Caitlin, Lily, Hunter, Ryan and Joey and three great-grandchildren.He is also survived by six sisters, Mary, Carne, Doris, Jean, Carolyn and Linda; two brothers, Lester and Bill, as well as many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other friends.
