Mrs. Gracie Dell Murphy Hooker, 87, of Swansea, SC, died Sunday, February 4, 2018. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home in North.Burial services will be private and will be held at a later date. Mrs. Hooker was born in Orangeburg County, daughter of the late Nathan John and Pearl Tager Murphy.She was married to the late Harold Kennerly Hooker. Survivors include daughters, Betty Elaine Hooker and Belinda Viola Hooker; bother, John Nathan Murphy, Sr. (Mary) and sister, Sarah Ann Murphy Pichey (Paul).She was predeceased by brothers, James Murphy, Harvey Murphy, Sr.and Raymond Murphy. The family wishes to thank Amedisys Hospice and Chaplin Rob Cely.
