Frank O’Neal Williams, 68, of Neeses, died October 6, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM, Thursday, October 9, at Mt. Beulah Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Legrande Taylor and Rev. Henry Chavis officiating.Burial will be in the church cemetery.The casket will be placed in the church at 2:00 PM. Pallbearers will be Legree Felder, Heyward Livingston, Lee Hughes, Randy Hughes, Donald Nettles and Joey Miller. Mr. Williams was born in Orangeburg County, a son of the late Frank and Bertha Robinson Williams.He was a member of Mt. Beulah Pentecostal Holiness Church and was retired from the Road Maintenance Department of Orangeburg County.Mr. Williams loved his family and had a passion for John Deere tractors. Survivors include Maggie Hutto of the home, his companion of 30 years; sons, Andy Williams of Orangeburg and Bradley (Reagan) Williams of Neeses; sister, Annette (David) Felkel of Cameron; brothers, John Henry Williams of Neeses and Charles (Nell) Williams of Gaston; special niece, Ashley (Brad) Westberry of Neeses; two special little girls, Adalyn and Brystal Westberry; three nephews; two grandchildren and his special caregiver, Katherine Porter and his four-legged friends, Rusty and Bell.He was predeceased by a sister, Beatrice Carroll and three brothers, Thomas Williams, Claude Williams and F. W. Williams. The family will receive friends from 7:00 until 9:00 PM, Wednesday at Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home in North (www.mcalhanyfuneralhome.com) and other times at the home 145 Fiddie Lane, Neeses.
