Fern Frances Sightler

Mrs. Fern F. Sightler, 93, of Pelion, SC, passed away on Friday, May 31, 2019.She was the widow of the late Albert Nimes Sightler, Sr. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Monday, June 3, 2019 at Edmund Baptist Church in Lexington with Pastor Roach officiating.The casket will be placed in the church one hour before the service.Burial will follow the service in the Sightler Cemetery, Highway 321, West Columbia, SC. Mrs. Sightler was born in Columbia, SC, a daughter of the late Arthur Lee Turbyfill and Lottie Only Parr.She was retired from Horseman Dolls in Columbia, SC. Survivors include daughters, Patricia (Billy) Devoe of Lexington, SC, Kathy (William) Pullen of Greensboro, NC, and Angela (Glen) Lee of Pelion, SC; sons, Albert Sightler, II of Brunswich, GA, Tyrone Sightler of Lexington, and Jeffrey (Regina) Sightler of North, SC; 31 grandchildren, 57 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great-grandchildren.She was predeceased by daughter, Alice Hawley; son, Wayne Sightler; sisters, Lula Mae Cooper, Lorine Turbyfill, Jennie Bolton and brothers, Bill Turbyfill and Jack Turbyfill.
