Dorothy W. McIver, 76, of Swansea, passed away on Wednesday, August 9, 2017. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Sunday, August 13, 2017 at Faith Baptist Church in Swansea with Rev. Stuart Pritchett officiating.Burial will be in Trinity United Methodist Church Cemetery near Swansea.The casket will be placed in the church at 1:00 P.M. Mrs. McIver was born in Orangeburg County, a daughter of the late Horace and Lillie Mae Zeigler Wingard.She was a member of Faith Baptist Church and was married to the late Darlin F. McIver. Survivors include her sons, William Archie (Betty) McIver and James (Lisa) Wingard; grandchildren, Adam (Tori) Roberts, Travis (Krystal) Roberts and Bobby (Angie) Wingard; great-grandchildren, Alex, Adam Jr., Emma, Destiny, Travis Jr., Courtney, Kristella and Chandler Roberts, Bobby Joe Jr., and Billy Ray Wingard; and a brother, Sammie Wingard. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m., Saturday at Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home (www.mcalhanyfuneralhome.com) in North and other times at the home of her son William McIver, 201 Ladybug Road, Neeses.
