Donald Laroache Lloyd

Donald Laroache Lloyd, 73, of West Columbia, passed away peacefully, surrounded by friends and family on Wednesday, April 10, 2024. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 P.M., Saturday, April 13, 2024 at Antioch Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 1:30-2:30 prior to the funeral on Saturday at Antioch Baptist Church. Burial with military honors will follow in the church cemetery. Born in Swansea, South Carolina. He was the son of the late Wille M. Lloyd and Flora Delle Lloyd. He was predeceaced by his loving wife Betty Lou Lloyd. Survivors include his sons Tim Lloyd of Long Beach, CA and Donnie (Erin) Lloyd of Powdersville, SC; two grandsons, Macsen Lloyd and Andersen Lloyd; a sister, Faye L. Lee; and brother Larry F (Elizabeth) Lloyd of Swansea, SC. He was also predeceased by sisters, Lou Sharpe, Kaye Harley, and Mary E Lloyd; and his brothers, David L. Lloyd, Paul Lloyd, and Willie Lloyd.
