Mr. Dennis Samuel Childers, 62, of Gaston, SC, passed away on Thursday, June 7, 2018. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at 11:00 AM, at Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Roger Smoak officiating.There will be a private burial at Southland Memorial Gardens in West Columbia. Mr. Childers was born in Union, SC., a son of Gertrude Estelle McCutcheon Senn and the late Charlie Childers, Jr. Survivors include his mother, Gertrude (Hugh) Senn; daughter Christina Cassidy; brother, Donald Childers and grandchildren, Dale Addy, Sharon Kay Bright and James Dean Bright.He was predeceased by a brother, David Childers.
