Bobby Dean Jowers, 60, of Swansea, SC, died Sunday, July 17, 2016. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at Salem Baptist Church with Rev. John Hollar, Rev. Ronald Bennett and Phil Shealy officiating.Burial will be in Sardis Methodist Church cemetery in Branchville, SC.The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the church. Mr. Jowers was born in Swansea, SC.He was the son of Mrs. Pelzie Jeffcoat Jowers and the late Hasten Jowers. Survivors include his wife Catherine Ott Jowers; children, Darlene Stroman and Christine Jowers; grandchildren, Ashton Stroman, Faith Riley and Amanda Stroman; brothers, Ronald Bennett, Sam Jowers and Tommy Jowers and a number of niece and nephews.
