Betty Jean Sturkie Williams, 76, of Livingston, SC, died Tuesday, October 28, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Friday, October 31, 2014, at Livingston United Methodist Church with Rev. Brandon Fulmer and Rev. Robbie Hall officiating.Burial will be in the church cemetery.The casket will be placed in the church at 12:00 Noon. Mrs. Williams was born in Swansea, SC a daughter of the late Joe Lever and Estelle Spires Sturkie.She was a member of the Livingston United Methodist Church Survivors include her husband John D. Williams of the home; two daughters, Pam (Neil) Suber of Honeapath and Beth Johnson of Livingston; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a brother, Kenneth (Pat) Sturkie; a sister, Carrie (Wallace) Williams and a sister-in-law, Katherine Sturkie.She was predeceased by a brother, James Sturkie. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Thursday, October 30, 2014 at Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home in North (www.mcalhanyfuneralhome.com) and other times at the home, 212 Westside Street, Livingston.
