Betty K. Gilbert

Mrs. Betty K. Gilbert, 82, of Swansea, SC, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, August 30, 2018 and entered into the arms of her Lord and Savior. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, September 2, 2018 at Sharon Crossroads United Methodist Church in Swansea, SC. Mrs. Gilbert was born in Swansea, SC, a daughter of the late Clifton and Roberta Keadle.She retired from BellSouth after 30 years of service.Mrs. Gilbert will long be remembered for her faith, love and strength. Survivors include four children, Terry Hazard, Joanna Rogers, Freddie Keach and Anita Wyatt, 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.She was predeceased by daughters, Tina Keach, Freda Sharpe and Sherry Parris.
