Bernice Crim Jumper

Bernice Crim Jumper, 84, of Swansea, died Tuesday, February 4, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, February 7, at Calvary United Methodist Church with Rev. Bruce Rucker officiating.Burial will be in the church cemetery.The casket will be placed in the church at 10:00 a.m. Pallbearers will be Barry Crim, Brian Jumper, Brad Jumper, Chad Jones, Jeff Simmons and Eddie Jumper. Mrs. Jumper was born in Lexington County a daughter of the late Jacob and Mary Stabler Crim.She was formerly employed by Smith-Corona of Orangeburg and was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church. Survivors include a son Tony (Debbie) Jumper of Sumter; a daughter-in-law, Kathy Jumper of Swansea; nine grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.She was predeceased by three sons, Bobby Jumper, Larry Jumper and Phillip Jumper. The family will receive friends at the church following the funeral service and other times at the home of Kathy Jumper, 234 Cricket Road, Swansea.
