Barbara Ann Zimmerman Walling, 58, of North, died Tuesday, January 6, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, January 8, at Beaver Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Michael Davis officiating.Burial will be in the church cemetery.The casket will be placed in the church at 1:00 PM, one hour before the service. Ms. Walling was born in Camden, SC, a daughter of the late Heckel Zimmerman, Jr. and Juanita Daniels.She was an operator for Devro, Inc.She was proud of being a Native American and was a caring, kind and loving person who will be missed by many. Survivors include sons, Anthony Eugene Walling and Michael Daryl Walling; three grandchildren, Gabriel Michael Walling, Kelvin Williams and Kalyssa Williams; a special niece, Tammi Callahan; two great nephews, Nathan and Hunter Callahan; one great niece, Kaylee Callahan and a number of nieces and nephews; two sisters, Susan Huggins and Leslie Lenora Phillips and special friend, Michael Minton.She was predeceased by her husband, Marcus Eugene Walling and a son, Brett Walling. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Wednesday, January 7, 2015 at Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home in North (www.mcalhanyfuneralhome.com) and other times at the home, 121 Mama Lane, North, SC. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or to a charity of one’s choice.
