Annette Marie Fields Bruner

Annette Marie Fields Bruner, 58, of Neeses, S. C. passed away at home surrounded by her family and friends after a long battle with cancer on Wednesday, August 2, 2023.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, August 6, 2023 at Mt. Beulah Pentecostal Holiness Church, 2610 Ninety Six Road, Neeses, S. C. 29107 with Rev. Darin Thompson officiating.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Bruner was born in Aiken, S. C., a daughter of Jeanette Hoover Fields and the late Ray Eugene Fields.  Mrs. Bruner was a loving Wife, Mama and Nana.  She enjoyed the beach and crocheting. Annette loved to bake and was a waitress at the Piggly Wiggly in Neeses, S. C. for 29 years.  Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband of 41 years, William E. L. Bruner, Jr.; one daughter, Cindy Marie Davis; two grandchildren, AnnaBelle Davis and Avery Davis; a sister, Debbie (Jimmy) Chavis; a brother, Gene (Fran) Fields; best friend, Brenda Carroll Allegood; special cousin, Amy Addison and a number of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 PM, Saturday, August 5, 2023 at Culler-McAlhany Funeral Home, North, South Carolina.
